Job descriptionDiagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle systems to determine the causes of defective operations. Delegating tasks and training as directed. Fostering a team-oriented environment. Conducting scheduled preventative maintenance on vehicles. Performing both major and minor repairs on defective components. Documenting all activities in MV's Fleet Management System. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience and training in automotive or diesel mechanics, including high school mechanics courses or regional occupational programs. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with random drug testing. Willingness to obtain a Class B License within 90 days of hire; paid training will be provided.

Your Role :
As a Senior Mechanic, you'll be essential in performing preventative maintenance and diagnosing issues in various vehicle systems, including steering, suspension, brakes, engines, transmissions, differentials, electrical, wheelchair lifts, and air conditioning. We seek individuals who can work safely, conduct part analysis on damaged components, and support inventory control when necessary.
