What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will be responsible for day-to-day customer contact, working closely with plant personnel to schedule customer orders and respond to customer inquiries
• You will maintain current inventory counts for each of the different steps in the process, utilizing both Oracle as well as physical inventory processes
• You will be responsible for producing the daily production schedules, working closely with plant personnel and production to actively resolve issues
• You will be required to work with production management to set schedules, identifying and resolving potential impediments to schedules
• Also, you will be required to maintain an ongoing relationship with customers including delivery schedules, issue resolution and work in a dynamic team focused environment
