Job Title : Maintenance / Electrical Supervisor

Job Description

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will assist the Panel Shop Manager in overseeing multiple concurrent panel shop projects and personnel. Your role is crucial in ensuring that projects meet their objectives related to quality, schedule, budget, spec compliance, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supervision of the shop and ensure a productive workflow.
• Assist the Manager, QA, and hardware design teams with issues and concerns.
• Fabricate and wire control panels to meet quality standards.
• Develop methods to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Review and approve work to ensure quality compliance.

Work Environment

The role operates within a clean manufacturing environment, with shifts from Monday to Thursday, 5 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM. Fridays are generally off unless special projects require attention.

This is a Permanent position based out of Louisville, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $86000.00 / yr.
