Position Summary :
We’re seeking a dependable and hands-on General Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across our facilities. In this role, you’ll help maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment by performing light mechanical repairs, general upkeep, and routine maintenance tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in keeping facilities running smoothly.
Pay : $20.00 - $24.00 / hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities :
- Perform minor plumbing repairs and clear drains
- Replace ceiling tiles, lamps, air filters, and fire extinguishers
- Conduct touch-up painting in common areas and mechanical rooms
- Maintain and repair door hardware, blinds, and furniture
- Assist with general labor tasks such as organizing materials and cleaning equipment
- Report safety hazards and larger maintenance issues to the appropriate team
- Follow ABM and client safety protocols, including Lockout / Tagout procedures
- Support seasonal and event-related maintenance needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
