Job descriptionData Analysis & Reporting : Monitor financial and operational performance of multi-family properties. Use data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and dashboards for decision-making. Collaboration & Strategy : Work cross-functionally with operations and field leaders to implement changes. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decisions. Diagnose and resolve process inefficiencies and technical challenges. Technical Proficiency : Develop expertise in business software (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI). Build and refine budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, accounting, or related field. Minimum GPA of 3.5 . Proficient in Microsoft Office ; familiarity with Yardi, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills. Team-oriented and self-motivated in dynamic settings.
