Management Trainee Program

The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production / Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company. Key responsibilities include :

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars / Divisional Summits.
