Job Overview
This position is responsible for both the tactical and strategic management of software and technology-related hardware within the organization. This includes planning, recording and monitoring software licensing and / or hardware assets throughout their lifecycle (from acquisition through retirement), while ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting controls, vendor agreements, and industry regulations. This position will also support the establishment and oversight of policies and procedures essential for effectively managing the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program, and assist in the development and execution of strategies to optimize technology spend across the organization via implementing automation, data analysis, or partnering with other technology teams.
- This position must be located in Overland Park, KS. This role is hybrid, and cannot be a remote role.

Base Pay Range : $77,700 - $140,200 Corporate Bonus Target : 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
