  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify emerging IAM trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Assist in evaluating new IAM capabilities, products, and vendor solutions through business case development and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and strategy documentation.
  • Gather, document, and validate business, functional, operational, and reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business needs and pain points.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items.
  • Define future-state processes and operating models for IAM services.
  • Analyze impacts across people, process, technology, and governance components.
  • Partner with engineering and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities.
  • Assist with roadmap planning and dependency management across IAM initiatives.
  • Track project milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and business validation activities.
  • Support IAM governance processes, standards, policies, and control frameworks.
  • Assist with regulatory examinations, internal audit reviews, and external assessments.
  • Analyze IAM controls and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and maturity.
  • Develop metrics, KPIs, KCIs, and reporting dashboards to measure program performance.
  • Ensure product requirements align with regulatory, privacy, and security obligations.
  • Analyze IAM operational and business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Produce dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting packages.
  • Monitor adoption, utilization, risk reduction, and operational performance metrics.
  • Support financial planning, budget tracking, and resource forecasting activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, cyber security, or IAM-related functions.
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and practices.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
