The PDM Configuration Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining and updating standard Configuration Management procedures in accordance with EIA-649 and AS9100, as well as training for current and new users. The position will support the Engineering group with creation and maintenance of Engineering Technical Documents to military and commercial aerospace requirements, and Technical Publications in accordance with ATA iSpec 2200. Develop world class document control organization including training, recruitment, succession planning and overall development of human resources and equipment resources.
Essential Responsibilities
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) / Configuration review for new and revised documents / drawings for release in the PLM system.
- Work with other team members to produce finished documents and data deliverables.
- Perform configuration audits of data records in PDM (PTC Windchill) and ERP systems.
- Prepare configuration audit reports per customer and FAA requirements.
- Provide support for Technical Publication processes and documentation for aircraft engineering and maintenance information, including Component Maintenance Manuals, T-Files, Temporary Revisions, Service Bulletins, etc.
- Ensure correct implementation of PLM processes, including change management and control, and establish best practices.
- Manage availability of internal and external specifications and industry standards.

Equal Pay Act Range
Annual salary range is $90,100 - $134,700, plus benefits and incentive plans
