Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Enrollment Services or designee, the part time Office Assistant is responsible for providing direct secretarial and administrative support relating to the overall management of the Enrollment Services office.

Compensation : This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16 – $20 per hour.

- Answer telephone inquiries and direct calls accordingly to the appropriate department or contact person. Provide accurate information to address inquiries.
- Assist in troubleshooting admissions related tasks
- Provide front counter support and address inquiries from students and faculty
- Perform other related duties as required.
Physical Requirements Additional Requirements Minimum Qualifications Minimum Experience (number of years), Knowledge and / or Abilities 1. High School Diploma. 2. Detail oriented with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize assignments. 3. Working knowledge of computer application. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. 6. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. Minimum Education Requirements High School Diploma Licenses and Certifications (including e.g., CPR, first aid, driver’s license, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience (number of years), Knowledge and / or Abilities 1. Associate’s degree 2. One or more years’ experience in a higher education institution. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of Banner Education Requirements Associate’s Degree Licenses and Certifications (including e.g., CPR, first aid, driver’s license, etc.)
