Responsibilities :

• Support Change Strategy Implementation : Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans to help employees adopt new processes, tools, and technologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with project teams and client stakeholders to gather input, understand concerns, and ensure alignment throughout the change process.
• Impact Analysis : Conduct change impact assessments to determine the extent of changes and recommend appropriate actions.
• Communication & Training Support : Help create and deliver communication materials and training programs that support the transition and enhance end-user adoption.
• Risk Identification : Assist in identifying resistance to change and propose strategies to mitigate risks.
• Data Gathering & Reporting : Track and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, providing insights and reports to project teams.
• Leadership & Team Support : Provide support to project leaders and ensure all team members are informed and aligned on the change objectives.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
