Develop and execute a change management strategy, potentially using the ADKAR framework
Facilitate communication, training, and engagement activities to support digital readiness and process maturity
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in organizational change management within large-scale capital project environments
Familiarity with construction technology platforms (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud) and Palantir forecasting tools
Strong understanding of business processes related to cost and cash flow management
Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, Kotter)
Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication
