As a Management Consulting Director at RSM, you will work with businesses in diverse industries while managing staff to deliver projects on time, on budget and in line with client expectations. Working on numerous projects per year, you will not only work on delivering the projects and developing the staff, but also identify new opportunities to gain more work with each client. Working in a mutually respectful team environment helps our consultants perform at their best and advance their career and professional capabilities.

RSM's Management Consulting Technology Sector Advisory Group provides strategy and advisory assistance to improve the overall operational effectiveness of Technology organizations. Key service offerings include :

• Customer and Channel Partner Strategy
• Operational Effectiveness Assessments across key functions
• Business process optimization
• Business process unification
• Managed services Continuous performance improvement

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range : $141,900 - $286,000 Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
