Responsibilities :
The Test Requirements Management Engineer will provide support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) System Engineering Test Requirements (DE / SEF) directorate by assisting directorate leadership in the end-to-end lifecycle management of test requirements for all MDA flight tests, ground tests, and cybersecurity test events from inception through closure.
- Interface and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and verify correct capture of test requirements for inclusion in MDA test documentation
- Coordinate and participate in technical meetings – Generate test requirements products as defined in the IMTP CONOPS and SETRWG SOP
- Coordinate System Engineering Test Requirement (SETR) change requests with stakeholders through the full SETR change and approval process
- Maintain a tracking tool of all ongoing SETR change requests for leadership situational awareness
- Update the contents of the System Engineering Test Requirements (SETR) database to align with approved SETR Database changes, additions, and closures
- Serve as the secretariat for the Systems Engineering Test Requirements Working Group (SETRWG) and its supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), maintaining stakeholder rosters, coordinating meeting invitations, arranging for conference room reservations, and documenting meeting minutes and action items.
- Identify, track, and assist in resolution of action / watch items resulting from the test requirements management process
