The Management Consultant will provide strategic, analytical, and operational support for the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) asset management program. This position will evaluate business processes, program performance, and operational requirements; identify opportunities for improvement; and develop actionable recommendations that support IMCOM objectives and informed decision-making.
a) 8+ years of experience in DoD financial and asset management functions specifically real property and/or real estate functions (including 5 years direct experience supporting IMCOM)
b) Proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams
c) Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science or Public Administration; and/or related Certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant, Certified Defense Financial Manager, Certified Government Financial Manager, Project Management Professional) Relevant experience may be substituted
d) Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
e) Strong understanding of the IMCOM asset management environment
