We are excited to announce an opening for a temp-to-hire Property Management Assistant at our West Seneca office. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of essential tasks that are critical to our property management operations. Your primary duties will include managing incoming phone calls, addressing and resolving tenant concerns, ensuring accurate data entry, and scheduling appointments.
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you will be interacting with tenants, vendors, and the property management team.
