The Role
Complex Networksis seeking a Manager, Content Strategyresponsible for strategizing for all content products under the purview of Complex Networks' SVP of Content Strategy. Reporting directly to the SVP, duties will include ideating and executing strategy around Complex Networks video programming, as well as special projects that fall under the scope of the editorial, video and social departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Complex tone of voice and aesthetic, the ability to enact that comprehension into innovative and successful types of content, and capacity to interpret feedback to inform future strategy.
You Will
Affiliate and Commerce Strategy
- Set and own the strategic direction of the Complex affiliate program, working with the larger BF affiliate and commerce team to ensure alignment on org and tactical best practices.
- Assign and support in the ideation of seasonally and culturally relevant affiliate features and pieces to Complex editors and writers based on agreed upon monthly quotas.
- Establish and grow strategic relationships with brand, artists, designers, and notable industry talent, developing and managing partnerships and opportunities for collaboration around brand moments like ComplexLand, ComplexCon, and others.
