Must have 5+years of strong project management experience in IT and Healthcare (preferably Provider). History of being able to determine a project's objectives, acquire resources and coordinates the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan on time and within budget. Define the project's schedule and manage through the project lifecycle. Manage and oversee issues and risks. Communicate both verbally and written with the team, stakeholders and sponsors. Oversees quality control throughout its life cycle and coordinates any appropriate benefits realization work. Manage large-sized projects successfully that cross multiple business units which have stakeholders with diverse and conflicting needs. Reports and communicates at the department, enterprise, and executive levels. Must be familiar with and have experience with Waterfall & Agile project methodology. Prefer PMP and electronic medical record (EMR) experience.
