• We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented IT Project Administrator with strong experience and a proven track record of managing or supporting large scale integration projects in the insurance industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing issues and risks ensuring that they are effectively managed and resolved on time and in alignment with program schedule.
• This role requires strong communication skills a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Bachelor s degree in information technology, project management, or a related field. 10 years overall of related work experience (IT and insurance) 3+ years of experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in IT infrastructure projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Strong understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid and tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Trello. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software. Experience with IT infrastructure technologies and concepts (e.g., networking, servers, cloud computing). Familiarity with risk management frameworks and tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
