The IT Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a portfolio of IT projects to achieve strategic business objectives. This role involves managing multiple project managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering value through effective program management. The IT Program Manager will utilize PMI's Program Management framework to ensure successful program execution and benefits realization of its Data Analytics Program.

Responsibilities Include :

Program Management

• Establish and maintain program governance structures to ensure effective decision-making and accountability. Develop and manage program charters, plans, and schedules.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership.
• Define and track program benefits to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects to ensure optimal utilization.
• Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Implement quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance. Monitor and report on program financials, including variances and forecasts. Ensure that program expenditures align with approved budgets and financial plans
• Provide regular program status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
