IT Manager
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to supervise the strategic delivery and operational excellence of our IT Solution Build & Operate team. In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams in implementing high-quality, scalable, and secure business solutions, while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership, a sound understanding of technology and business integration, and a commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Job Duties
Strategic Oversight & Delivery Management
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution of enhancements, defect resolutions, and strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Governance
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams to validate and prioritize requirements, ensuring clarity in user stories and acceptance criteria that support scalable and sustainable solutions.
Agile Leadership & Process Optimization
Oversee agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, driving continuous improvement in team velocity and delivery predictability.
Technical Governance & Standards Compliance
Enforce adherence to enterprise architecture principles, coding standards, and DevOps practices in accordance with IT SBO Group's DEV COE guidelines, ensuring technical excellence and operational stability.
Team Development & Capability Building
Provide mentorship and career development support to team members, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
Global Coordination & Vendor Management
Manage collaboration with offshore teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration, support coverage, and alignment with service-level expectations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and report on delivery metrics, quality KPIs, and team performance indicators to inform leadership decisions and drive operational transparency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or Engineering.
10+ years of working experience in software development related fields, with at least 2 years in team leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and agile delivery frameworks.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with global delivery models.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
