Day to Day :

Develop and execute project plans for legal entity name changes, coordinating with payroll, legal, and other departments to ensure all aspects are covered.

Act as a chameleon, effectively managing and supporting cross-functional projects that cannot be delegated to specific departments.

Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and the support team (which will roll off in a few weeks).

Establish and maintain a series of weekly cadences to manage and support various functions, ensuring timely progress and resolution of issues.

Be available for phone calls with teams in China, accommodating a flexible schedule from 7am to 8pm as needed.

Must Haves :

Proven ability to manage and support cross-functional projects, acting as a versatile and adaptable project manager.

Schedule Flexibility : Willingness to accommodate early morning and late evening calls with international teams.

Experience : Background in finance or legal, with relevant work experience in mergers and acquisitions or carve-out projects.

Plusses :

Ideally available to work onsite 5 days a week, with a realistic expectation of 4 days onsite and remote work on Fridays.

Travel Flexibility : Willing to travel to PGA, Florida, 1-2 times a month if based in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Passion and Experience : A strong interest in the role, with previous experience in carve-out or mergers and acquisitions projects, and a passion for being close to the action.
