We are looking for a candidate who :
Can meet or exceed sales goals
MUST have sales experience.
Sales in gym memberships, tanning salon packages, massage packages OR beauty / wellness related sales preferred.
Is self-motivated and a go getter.
Is accountable, punctual, organized, and reflects the brand
Leads and inspires by example, regularly encourages solutions and celebrates the success of others
Has excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Has excellent time management skills
The Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the company’s desired financial goals.
Expectations of this position include providing exceptional service to all guests, meeting individual sales goals, and leading a front desk team to do the same.
The ideal candidate would have experience coaching or training and be capable of motivating others on a daily basis.
A Day in the Life
Works scheduled front desk shift (MUST have flexibility to cover additional shifts due to call-offs)
Ensuring all schedules are correct
Maintains attendance records
Enforces company policies
Inventory and loss prevention
Demonstrates professional written and verbal communication when engaging in all business transactions with guests, associates and manager
Ensures all areas of the center are neat, clean, organized and operating to company standard
Motivates associates through coaching and goal setting to take action to achieve sales goals
Creates guest relationships with each transaction, building brand loyalty
Maintains an open center environment where associates are free to express their concerns and ideas
Communicates effectively with the franchisee, district manager, center manager and associates
Takes ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover, by sharing best practices
Education and Experience
Sales experience required
Coaching or Training experience preferred
