Management Trainee

For our North American headquarters, located in La Mirada, California, we have an immediate opening for a Management Trainee.

Summary

As a Management Trainee, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of our IQAir North America Headquarters. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of IQAir to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own and develop your own team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful.

Qualifications

What IQAir offers

At IQAir, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range . The base pay range for this position is between $60,000 and $65,000 annually and most new hires start at $60,000. Your annual pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.
