The BRG Retail Performance Improvement (RPI) practice specializes in providing strategic, operational, and financial advisory services to retail companies, private equity firms, management teams, boards of directors, investors, hedge funds, and other lenders on companies across the retail space.
Comprised of experienced, hands-on professionals that are results-oriented and data-driven, the market leading BRG Retail Performance Improvement practice collaborates as partners with management teams to identify and implement operational improvements that maximize value for stakeholders. Furthermore, the practice has deep operational experience to deliver interim management to companies in need of C-Suite level experience and targeted surge resources to ease the pressure on management teams.
The BRG RPI team is part of a larger Corporate Finance practice that has in-depth experience across a wide range of industries and markets, including but not limited to retail, consumer products, financial services, healthcare, energy and technology. Across sectors, BRG has experienced professionals who understand the challenges clients face - making it well-equipped to help solve clients' issues.

The BRG Retail Performance Improvement practice is seeking to add professionals due to client demand and market opportunities. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a team-oriented environment on a diverse range of retail performance improvement assignments. Articulating findings and recommendations around the key financial, business issues, and value drivers are critical components for this position. Our team solves critical operational challenges for our clients across the following areas :

This role will require travel to client sites ~80% of the time, with the remaining 20% being a combination of remote work and / or work from a BRG office (https : / / www.thinkbrg.com / offices / )

Salary range : 175k-215k
