TKPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director in our Transaction Strategy practice.

Responsibilities :

• Lead creation and implementation of Transaction Execution (integration and / or separation) services for clients with a focus on Financial Services clients
• Direct and participate in business development focusing on M&A Integration & Separation and Deal Advisory including curating a strong professional network, identifying opportunities, maintaining a strong market presence, proposing KPMG services, negotiating terms and closing engagements
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing client services and presentation of final client deliverables
• Oversee the quality of client engagements and the development of staff
• Lead and participate in practice building including, but not limited to recruitment and training, thought leadership, management and mentorship of staff and / or solution development

California Salary Range : $280000 - $622600
