- Compensation : $170K–$190K base 25% bonus, 15% LTI (3-year vesting)

Are you a seasoned Operations Leader with a passion for driving efficiency, safety, and culture in a high-performing food manufacturing environment?
We’re seeking a Plant Manager to lead a large-scale, unionized facility in a high speed packaging environment.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this role will oversee Packaging, Distribution, Production, Technical Services, and Safety—driving performance in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
What We’re Looking For :
15+ years total experience, with at least 8 years in operations leadership
Proven success leading a large plant (2+ years minimum)
Food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing background (Required)
Union experience (Required)
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies
