Position Overview
As a Managing Director , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of The Stellarix Group by attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional financial advisors. Reporting to the Head of Advisor Services , you will collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to execute a robust recruiting strategy and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all recruitment efforts using the Stellarix Recruiting Process , setting the standard for excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
- Source top talent through multiple channels, including networking, digital marketing, referral programs, and industry events.
- Partner with senior leadership to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive hiring edge.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies in the recruitment process.
- Track key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Attend and lead vertical in Executive Leadership meetings
- Attend training and recruiting conferences or fly-ins as needed.
