Office presence is required five days a week , weather permitting, to maintain visibility and engagement with the team. Proven experience in recruiting, financial advising, or leadership roles within the financial services industry. Strong networking abilities and a track record of building high-performing teams. Deep knowledge of financial advisor business models and industry trends. Ability to lead with confidence, integrity, and a forward-thinking mindset. Must complete background check and agent contract requirements for MassMutual. Active Life and Health Licenses Series 7, 66 and 24 Preferred References and Resume

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead recruitment efforts, mentor top-tier financial advisors, and drive strategic business growth.
Position Overview
As a Managing Director , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of The Stellarix Group by attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional financial advisors. Reporting to the Head of Advisor Services , you will collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to execute a robust recruiting strategy and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all recruitment efforts using the Stellarix Recruiting Process , setting the standard for excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
- Source top talent through multiple channels, including networking, digital marketing, referral programs, and industry events.
- Partner with senior leadership to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive hiring edge.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies in the recruitment process.
- Track key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Attend and lead vertical in Executive Leadership meetings
- Attend training and recruiting conferences or fly-ins as needed.
