A growing electronics manufacturing company in southwest Houston, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead our production team in our state-of-the-art electronics assembly facility. As Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee all aspects of production, from planning to process implementation.
Standard working hours : Monday - Friday 7 : 30 am 4 : 30 pm.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies, plans, and schedules to meet production goals
- Lead and manage production supervisors and assembly teams
- Ensure optimal workflow and utilization of machinery, equipment, and resources
- Collaborate with engineering on new product introductions and process improvements
- Monitor key performance indicators for quality, cost, delivery, and safety
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency, capability, and scalability
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
- Manage capital projects for new equipment and facility upgrades
