POSITION OBJECTIVE :
Viper Imaging is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Manufacturing Product Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is technically skilled, passionate about product innovation, and eager to make an impact. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and refining products, collaborating with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Product Innovation & Development : Lead the design, prototyping, and refinement of new products from concept to production, focusing on usability, performance, and aesthetic appeal.
- Product Optimization : Assess and improve existing products, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing solutions that boost performance, functionality, and market appeal.
- Client Engagement : Partner directly with clients during the sales process to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from design to execution.
- Hands-On Problem-Solving : Take a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem resolution, ensuring projects progress seamlessly from idea to finished product.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, service, and production to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation : Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products, bringing fresh ideas to drive innovation and keep the company at the forefront of the market.
