Responsibilities :

Support a new product, design, and lead complex engineering studies and experiments often with multiple variables.

Analyze complex problems and identify their impact / establish probabilities / draw conclusions reflecting broad business needs / set complex process requirements.

Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business standards.

Lead and / or participate on cross functional teams to support organizational goals.

Demonstrated leadership capability in team settings.

Ability to lead and motivate peers, drive change and problem solve with creativity.

Software validations / writing protocols and reports.

Knowledge in developing new processes.

Requirements :

2 -5 years manufacturing engineering experience.

Design, working with statistics.

Prior medical device manufacturing engineering experience is mostly preferred.

May consider candidates with 2 - 3 years' experience BUT must have background and experience.

Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Experience in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), commissioning and validation of manufacturing equipment.
