International Motors is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Lead at the Huntsville Engine Plant as we expand our manufacturing footprint to include a second engine line. This will be a 1st shift opportunity.

Join our Manufacturing Engineering team to support engine component machining production from layout to daily operations. Your role involves blueprint interpretation, machinery troubleshooting, process optimization, and leading new product introductions. You'll enhance quality, efficiency, and represent manufacturing in global cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have machining experience in engine or heavy equipment manufacturing, strong CAD skills (preferably AutoCAD and NX TeamCenter), and proficiency in MS Office and internal systems like Pilgrim. A thorough mechanical understanding, advanced reasoning and mathematical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience with 3D modeling and a commitment to International Motors’ values will set you apart.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of product manufacturing experience, OR a master’s degree with three years of experience, OR have a minimum of seven years of relevant experience. U.S. work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available for this role.
