POSITION : Director of Fabrication and Manufacturing

SHIFT : M-F 8am to 5pm (Varied Hour based on Business Demands)

PAY RATE : $169K - $188K (DOE) Full Benefit Package

LOCATION : Lubbock TX

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provide leadership and teamwork in integrating the TrueNorth Steel sites by supporting and executing on the TrueNorth Steel Mission Statement and Values.
• Demonstrate the Game Changer culture as well as drive the culture change at the sites.
• Monitor KPIs at each site to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
• Assist sites to ensure all KPIs are met.
• Collaborates with director level leadership team to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to HR related issues including site staffing recruiting and retention.
• Implement / monitor standard processes across the site for production and non-production tasks.
• Provide guidance and accountability to ensure the sites are following the TNS Quality Management System.
• Coach / assist sites with developing and executing root cause analysis for corrective actions and non-conformances.
• Ensure sites are improving / changing process as a result of corrective actions.
• Assess and recommend any new processes / equipment to increase capacity and efficiencies.
• Ensure all sites are held accountable to adhere to the Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Assist VP of Manufacturing with Strategic Planning and growth opportunities for the company.
• Work in close collaboration with Corporate Departments (Quality Safety HR Drafting Finance etc.)
• Evaluate all direct reports annually through the Performance Review Process.
• Prompt and dependable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned
