Air Systems Components, an Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. Subsidiary specializes in delivering Terminal Units for our Titus, Krueger, and Tuttle& Bailey brands. As a leader in the industry, were looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Manufacturing Engineer will provide technical expertise and hands-on support to enhance production efficiency, improve quality, and reduce costs. This role collaborates with maintenance, production teams, and external vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and innovative manufacturing processes.

What Youll Do :

• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, production supervisors, and associates.
• Analyze product and process workflows to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvements, and efficiency gains.
• Develop and refine manufacturing sequences to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with vendors to design and implement production-specific equipment.
• Ensure safety requirements are implemented and maintained across equipment and processes.
• Create and optimize process layouts to improve production efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve overall system performance.
• Manage capital projects, including equipment specifications, budgeting, planning, and implementation.
• Work closely with the Product Engineering team to support new product development and implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
