Description
- Diagnose and resolve issues in manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Address production challenges, including sub-standard or non-compliant products, and high-maintenance processes.
- Develop and implement effective manufacturing workflows.
- Optimize manufacturing steps to produce products efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Create and modify CNC programs using both manual "G code" programming and CAM software.
- Design and refine inspection processes, including methods and gauges for new and updated components.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions using LEAN tools.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels to resolve challenges and enhance processes.
- Engage with team members during process development and problem-solving to ensure new and modified workflows deliver maximum benefit to the organization.
