Following the MDP, a participant will be ready to take on a leadership role at one of our Niagara plant locations.

This will provide the MDP a chance to engage their leadership skills and be the "go-to" problem-solver at the plant when it comes to people and technical issues. This piece of the program will help prepare the MDP for a Supervisor role upon graduation.
