A company is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to provide leadership and contribute to product quality, process excellence, and cost reduction activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Design for Manufacturing / Design for Service activities and develop strategic manufacturing processes for new product introductionsEvaluate existing manufacturing processes and implement product and process improvements in collaboration with internal and external partnersConduct failure analysis and drive implementation of corrective actions to improve product quality and reduce costsRequired QualificationsBS degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Material Sciences Engineering5+ years' experience in a technology-driven industry, preferably with low-volume / high-mix / high complexity productsExperience in driving product and process cost reduction activitiesProficiency with Creo and / or SolidWorks preferredInternal and contract manufacturing support experience
