A world-renowned company specializing in desktop laser cutting and engraving technology is seeking its first General Manager to lead the U.S. market. The company offers a comprehensive range of high-quality laser engraving and cutting machines, known for innovation and excellence. With cutting-edge technology and a dedication to customer satisfaction, the company is poised for substantial growth in the U.S. market.
This role presents a unique opportunity to be the first leader in the U.S. market, responsible for shaping the company's future in the region. The General Manager will oversee product promotion and operations in the U.S., as well as manage and expand a high-performing team. The work location may vary based on the company's strategy, which will be determined in collaboration with the new GM.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build the team in the U.S from the ground up, including finding and setting up an office, recruiting staff, and establishing management systems.
- Lead and manage the company's U.S. operations, focusing on both online and offline sales and operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive B2B2C market expansion and increase market share in the U.S.
- Oversee the brand's operations in the U.S. market, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and strategies, with a focus on establishing the brands as more locally-adapted brands.
- Foster strong relationships with key international stakeholders, partners, and customers to ensure long-term success.
