As a Test / Assembler I you will be at the forefront of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and fabrication operations. You will take on a comprehensive range of tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency in both standard and non-standard environments. Your expertise will drive the continuous flow of work, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety and performance standards.

What You Will Do :

  • Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment efficiently to perform assembly tasks.
  • Maintain inventory of product in assigned workstations, ensuring materials are readily available for ongoing operations.
  • Perform quality work checks , identify product defects, and accurately record identified defects for corrective action.
  • Rework and / or repair assembled equipment and products based on engineering specification changes to meet quality standards.
  • Adhere to all quality standards and established safety procedures , ensuring compliance and a high standard of work.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area , promoting efficiency and safety.
  • Lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation , ensuring safe material handling.
  • Work in a standing position for up to 10 hours per day , contributing to continuous workflow.
  • Be open to international travel for required training , expanding your expertise and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualification You Must Have :

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational / technical education in related discipline
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
