This role offers a great opportunity to build and refine hands-on precision assembly skills while contributing to medical devices that directly impact patient care. At Vantage MedTech, every detail matters, and your craftsmanship supports the quality and reliability of the products we create.

You'll work in a highly collaborative, team-focused environment where each step of the process is essential. Responsibilities include assembling medical devices and sub-assemblies, performing soldering to IPC standards, and following detailed work instructions to ensure full compliance with industry requirements.

This position is based on-site at our current manufacturing location in Lenexa, KS. In early 2026, we will be relocating to a new space in Olathe, KS.
