  • Perform routine safety inspections and correct equipment-related hazards or risks.
  • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, quality, and operations teams to support daily manufacturing needs.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to less experienced technicians when needed.
  • Contribute to continuous-improvement, uptime, and cost-control initiatives across the maintenance function.

  • Strong background working with automated or high-speed production and packaging equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic control-system issues.
  • Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance on complex equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety, quality, and compliance standards in regulated or process-driven environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

  • Comfortable operating material-handling or access equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, or boom lifts.
  • Fabrication, welding, or mechanical modification experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to automation, sensors, PLC-adjacent systems, or industrial controls is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root-cause-analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety, documentation, and equipment reliability.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with production, engineering, and vendor partners.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Compensation : $27-$33 / hr. (DOE)
