Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Facility Surveyor to join our team. This is a 100% remote role requiring up to 75% travel nationally. The Surveyor will assess compliance with federal regulations at healthcare facilities, ensuring the quality of care and services provided to residents / customers. Surveys include re-certification, comparative reviews, complaint investigations, and revisits across various healthcare settings, such as :

The Surveyor will apply approved protocols and methods during on-site evaluations, including observations, interviews, and reviews of facility records.
