Position Overview : The ideal candidate will lead surveying operations, oversee project workflows, and ensure that all survey activities meet regulatory and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to advance their career with a dynamic and expanding firm. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage land surveying projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA / NSPS, and construction staking surveys.
- Prepare and review plats, legal descriptions, and survey drawings for compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize and maintain survey equipment, including GPS, total stations, and data collectors.
- Manage field crews, providing guidance and ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites.
- Collaborate with engineers, developers, and clients to provide accurate survey data and resolve technical challenges.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in survey technology.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal surveying laws and regulations.
