Job descriptionPrevious sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers. Weekend availability is required to accommodate retail hours and field activities. Enthusiasm for learning and executing sales strategies to drive results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
