Job Summary :

Drive sales growth by exceeding regional refresh goals and achieving an 8-10% sales lift post-refresh. Manage sales, merchandising, marketing, and customer service across retail locations in your region.

Key Responsibilities :

Frequent onsite visits to build client relationships and uphold company standards

Collaborate with clients and operations to meet needs and support refreshes

Communicate with drivers and manage refresh tracking / reporting

Identify underperforming locations and recommend improvements (product mix, branding, technology)

Lead retail strategies and coordinate resources to meet objectives on time and budget

Troubleshoot POS systems and maintain knowledge of products, planograms, and account restrictions

Assist with pricing audits and reporting for leadership and client presentations

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and safety standards

Report critical information to senior management regarding account status

Supervisory Role :

Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and Customer Service Managers during refreshes.

Qualifications :

Strong retail sales, communication, and leadership skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and positive

Ability to work independently and in teams

Project management, merchandising, warehouse / purchasing experience a plus

Travel up to 80% with company car included
