Role Summary
Ipsos Healthcare VPs are responsible for maintaining and growing the Healthcare business.
They foster strong relationships with existing and new clients by understanding key business
challenges and designing programs to address them. VPs are trusted partners who work
across teams and service lines to bring the best of Ipsos to our clients. VPs typically oversee
people and/or teams and lead by example.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT & GROWTH RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops expertise in Ipsos product offerings & advisory capabilities to bring clients solutions and grow Healthcare business.
- Deeply understands client needs and goals and leads clients as a trusted partner Stays abreast of clients’ broader business issues and anticipates their evolving needs and designs programs to address them Builds & maintains relationships with key decision makers within client organization Understands clients’ organizations, culture, and how to get things done Uncovers clients’ personal goals and needs and leverages to win business
- Establishes relationships & networks internally across Ipsos’ levels and service lines
THERAPEUTIC AREA EXPERTISE
- Experience across a range of medical therapeutic areas – familiarity and/or interest in oncology is hugely beneficial
- Willingness to embrace learning about therapy areas to present expertise to clients
MARKET RESEARCH EXPERTISE
- At least 10 years of experience in quantitative market research and consulting
- Experience conducting and reporting on quantitative market research studies such as ATUs, demand assessments, segmentations, message tests, etc.
INTERNAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
- Manages and updates a portfolio of account plans, forecasts & meets yearly budget targets including profitability and other metrics as defined by management
- Ensures all clients within portfolio have account plans that are being implemented, and includes client-specific KPIs (including budgets); pivots as appropriate based on changes to clients’ objectives, needs, news
- Implements strategies to improve Ipsos Healthcare’s profitability
PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Addresses internal resourcing needs by engaging in cross-team resource sharing
- Engages project team in collaborative problem-solving
- Identifies & implements efficient procedures
EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages and mentors staff
- Holds individuals accountable for their goals, offers feedback, implements milestone plans, and advocates for experiences and growth for team members
SKILL SET REQUIRED
- Proficiency with MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Superior organizational skills, ability to manage and delegate work effectively,
- Balance of attention to detail with view to bigger picture and overall objectives
- Strongly developed analytic skills including expertise in survey design, sampling plans,
- analysis, reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop strong client relationships
- Ability to oversee and balance internal and external priorities
- Superior presentation skills

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $145,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
