This role is within Chamberlain Group's Marketing function. Responsibilities will include leading end-to-end research initiatives, both qualitative and quantitative, that inform high-impact decisions across product, marketing, and strategy. The incumbent will bring the voice of the customer to marketers, product owners and engineers. Shape research roadmaps, translating findings into strategic recommendations, and ensuring insights are embedded into decision-making processes. Experience requirements: 6+ years experience in consumer insights, market research, or strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of end-to-end research initiatives, both qualitative and quantitative, across product, marketing, and strategy domains.
Independently lead complex, end-to-end research programs to include segmentation, concept testing, journey mapping, brand tracking, and usage & attitude studies to uncover actionable insights that inform product and marketing decisions.
Own the full research lifecycle, from scoping and methodology selection to execution and synthesis, ensuring rigor across qualitative and quantitative approaches and delivering insights that drive stakeholder alignment and business impact.
Partner with cross-functional teams to scope research needs, define objectives, and align on success criteria.
Present findings in a clear, compelling manner tailored to diverse audiences, from product managers to senior executives.
Facilitate activation workshops to translate insights into action and embed them into decision-making processes
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using tools such as Qualtrics, Excel, and other statistical or visualization platforms (e.g., SPSS, Tableau, R).
Manage vendor relationships and oversee external research partners when needed.
Synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that influence product roadmaps, marketing campaigns, and business strategy.
Develop and maintain dashboards or insight repositories to ensure findings are accessible and reusable.
Establish and uphold research best practices, ensuring methodological rigor and ethical standards.
Stay informed on new AI tools and techniques and assist in evaluating their potential for research execution.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, analytics, communications or relevant field of study.
6+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or strategy.
Experience leading the design of research methods, executing, and presenting results.
Experience running independent research projects and collaborating cross-functionally
Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Strong analytics and structured problem-solving skills; Prior experience with data modeling, analysis, and data visualization
Solid financial, and business acumen with strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Ability to create small and large-scale research projects involving primary and secondary data collection with customer and business research.
Strong attention to details, with the ability to drill down into very tactical considerations to ensure accuracy in deliverables
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time mainly in North America
Master’s or MBA preferred
Experience in B2B environment preferred
Experience preferred in the tech, retail, or SaaS space preferred

The pay range for this position is $97,700.00 - $157,475.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
