Job Description:
Maya Home Care is seeking a dynamic and driven Home Care Marketer to join our team. This field position is crucial for developing key referral sources and converting referrals into paying patients. The ideal candidate will have a "make it happen" attitude and will do whatever it takes to secure patients and grow our census.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), doctor offices, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals.
- Identify and cultivate new referral sources within the state of New Jersey.
- Collaborate with management to implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct regular visits to referral sources to build and nurture relationships.
- Track and report on referral activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless transition of patients from referral to care.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs to promote Maya Home Care services.
Qualifications:
- Must have healthcare marketing experience, preferably in home care.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining referral relationships.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in New Jersey.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in making decisions and taking initiative.
- Ability to be subordinate to management while demonstrating leadership in the field.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other marketing tools.
