Our market is massive. We compete with giants like Salesforce Service Cloud ($8.3B / yr) and Zendesk ($1.3B / yr).
Your job is to become the Pylon product expert and help educate the prospects and customers on how it works.
The Product
- We're building the first customer support platform built for B2B companies.
- We fully replace support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Our customers are early-stage B2B tech companies.
