As the first marketing hire in San Francisco, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead our content marketing efforts from the ground up, working closely with our founders, Sydney marketing, product, and engineering teams.Your key responsibilities will include : Developing and executing a content strategy that positions Relevance AI as a thought leader in AI agents.Creating high-quality content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media content, and more) that explains and promotes what is possible with AI agents.Owning content distribution-leveraging LinkedIn, Reddit, and private communities to maximize reach and engagement.Driving measurable impact-tracking and optimizing content performance to generate leads, signups, and revenue.Working with AI agents to automate and enhance content creation processes.Your impactEstablish Relevance AI as the go-to source for AI agent insights through content.Drive AI education by simplifying complex technical concepts into engaging, accessible narratives.Increase brand visibility and engagement through strategic content marketing efforts.Create content that contributes directly to business goals, including lead generation and revenue growth.What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in the tech or AI industry.Proven ability to create, distribute, and measure high-impact content across multiple formats.Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to make AI accessible and engaging.Growth mindset-able to experiment with distribution strategies and track content performance.Experience with AI and a passion for the future of AI-driven productivity.Self-starter mentality-comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and taking ownership of initiatives.Bonus : Experience with working with creators and thought leaders.Why Join Us?
